By accepting the general conditions of sale below, you agree to approve all of the conditions cited.

1. The rates displayed are subject to change without notice by TG Photography.  The price of a course cannot be modified after reservation, the same for photo prints.

2. Due to the environment in which the internships take place, it is possible to run certain physical risks and where  equipment: injuries, losses, breakages or theft of equipment, among others. By accepting TG Photographie's general conditions of sale, you agree not to transfer responsibility for any damage  from  to these risks on the company TG Photographie

By accepting TG Photographie's general conditions of sale, you agree to be in possession of valid civil liability insurance and insurance covering personal damage.

3. Registration and reservations: reservations must be made no later than one month before the end of the course unless places are still available. Registrations are confirmed once payment has been made.  and validated by TG Photographie after sending a confirmation email.

The reservation is only effective after placing an order directly via the site, or by contacting us by email.

Payment is collected: 

- within 1 week after payment by  credit card via the site's online store. -

4. In the event of cancellation by TG Photographie, it does not matter  causes, payment  will be  reimbursed in full without compensation. Too few participants is cause for cancellation. In all cases of cancellation, TG Photographie undertakes to contact you upon cancellation and to offer you an equivalent or superior stay for the same price.

5. In the event of cancellation by the customer, a percentage of the payment will be retained without the possibility of reimbursement up to: 

- 100% less than fifteen days before the end of the course. 

- 50% less than thirty days before the end of the course. 

In case of cancellation 30 days  before the end of the internship and earlier, the client is fully reimbursed. If applicable, transaction fees (PayPal, etc.) cannot be refunded. 

In the case of a cancellation by the client 15 days before the course or earlier, it is possible to choose another equivalent course during the current calendar year at no additional cost. If the client again cancels the second date proposed, TG Photographie is not obliged to offer him another date, nor to reimburse him. 

In the case of a cancellation on the part of the client 7 days before the course or later, TG Photographie is not required to offer him another date, nor to reimburse him, except in cases of force majeure, proof to the support.  

6. Concerning the internships to be offered: 

- a gift voucher is possible on request and entitles a third party to participate in a course of equivalent or lower value than that ordered by the person offering the course. 

- no refund can be made in case of choice by  the intern of an internship of lower value than his gift voucher. 

- the courses to be offered and gift vouchers are not refundable. 

- the gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the time the order is placed. After this date, TG Photographie is not required to perform the service or to make a refund.

7. Photographic prints 

- When ordering a photographic print on the online store, the customer is aware of the deadline beforehand (7 to 20  working days) depending on the chosen format. 

- In the event that a print is ordered  on the TG Photographie store would arrive damaged  or broken, a new print can be made after customer request with photos and supporting evidence only.
